The terms for playing Perfect Shapes

By downloading or playing, you agree to these terms — a plain-language license, fair-play rules, and the usual legal boundaries.

Effective  August 22, 2026 Platforms  iOS & Android Studio  VikingJS

By downloading or playing Perfect Shapes (“the Game”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

□ License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the Game on devices you own, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Game except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

□ Fair play

Leaderboard scores must come from actually playing the Game. We may remove scores or restrict features where cheating, exploiting, or automated play is evident.

□ Advertisements

The Game offers optional rewarded advertisements provided by third-party networks. Advertised products and services are the responsibility of the respective advertisers; we do not endorse them and are not a party to any transaction between you and an advertiser.

□ Intellectual property

The Game, including its code, design, artwork, sounds, and name, is owned by VikingJS and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

□ Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue the Game or any feature (including leaderboards and advertisements) at any time without notice. Updates may be required to continue playing.

□ Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VikingJS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

□ Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the developer’s country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence applies.
